up the bay
the ships come at night
“slipped” up the river
as later a German sub
would get by the steel nets
at the mouth of the bay
but then sank & was not found
for forty years
these up the river bay at night & silently
& slid on the water but roared in the morning
schooners
on the beach landing
bombs to ignite that town on the hill in their dream
someone on the dock as beautiful & mad
the wood warped & the water
crash into it & salt flowers
& the sloop went
past salt & ropes & our jetty
then the battleship centered in the harbor

We were wandering. We were arguing. This was a group of concerned citizens. This was a group that thought it needed protection & change & light & a window I thought we needed a window if you want to say something different then fine flowers would overflow a grammar Judy wanted to say something about assemblages there is this whole set of confusions chalking salting gathering weight bits of broken white salted metal anyway exactly you understand you something you had dealt in corrosion & that is something too basically there is this uncertainty of the group itself this cluster of agents of windows I want to say it is very much salt very misconstrued but what I want to argue is a theory for the practice what is funny is that these are not morphing & all the beaches or that is salt what I am saying the function the things that are hidden & this a position for the speaking it out
